Lying at the feet of the Pisan hills and dominated by the millenary Tower-House, Torre a Cenaia Estate has been for centuries the benchmark of the wine production of this fertile land, which has one of the most suitable soil and climate area of the western Tuscany. Ancient property of the Florentine Pitti family, it reflects the heritage handing down to posterity the pride and the noble history, embodied today in wines with a unique personality, deeply tuscan.
A rigorous selection of Syrah grapes and a white vinification give this wine a cyclamen pink color and a harmonious and lively taste with hints of red fruits and rose petals.

Terrain: Medium clay mixture
Harvest: First ten days of September
Vinification: Soft pressing of the destemmed grapes, fermentation at controlled temperature in tanks of vitrified cement for 15-20 days.
Refinement: In vitrified cement tanks on fine lees for 4 months.
Refinement in bottle: One month
Alcohol: 13% vol
Tasting: Cyclamen pink color. Intense aroma characterized by red fruits such as raspberry and wild strawberry. Fresh and savory taste, soft on the attack, long finish with intense fruit aroma.
Food pairing: It goes well with fish dishes, white meats, soups and baked vegetables.
