Destemming – soft pressing, fermentation and maceration at controlled temperature in vitrified concrete tanks for 20 days.

TASTING
Deep ruby red color with coral nuances, a bouquet of good complexity, characterized by spicy and vanilla scents, accompanied by ripe red fruits. Harmonious, pleasant and well-structured flavor, excellent gustatory progression and velvety tannic texture.
FOOD PAIRING
Ideal as an aperitif, it goes perfectly with roasts, grills, red meats, game, fish soups and medium-aged cheeses.
