J63 Agricultural Brewery is also Restaurant-Pizzeria. Two large rooms, in the same area of the beer production zone, are reserved to the restaurant: they can accommodate more than 200 people and they are served by our zero kilometer kitchen. Our Restaurant-Pizzeria can be defined “agricultural” just like our beer: in fact, it makes use of the agricultural production of the Estate itself. Entrees and appetizers, first and second courses, Chianina IGP burger and many other combinations also for vegetarians and vegans: J63 taste is an experience of conviviality and sharing the flavors of our land. And for those who have specific dietary needs, our kitchen staff is always ready to find some tasty alternatives to the à la carte menu. What’s the highlight of J63 Restaurant-Pizzeria? No doubt, the wood-fired oven of last generation, from which come all our baked products, not only pizza and focaccia but also meat dishes and, especially, our Tuscan bread prepared with 10 cereals flour by our pizza maker and baker Stefano. For the dough of pizza, cakes and bread he only uses unrefined flour selected by Consortium Pieve Santa Luce (Pisa) and sourdough, which Stefano renews day by day. For this reason, our baked products are high quality and perfectly digestible. Every Friday evening, the after dinner comes alive with J63 Friday Night Live Music, free admission. The best bands of our territory, mostly acoustic formation, are the cool way for enjoying a pint of J63! And, in summer evenings, the huge park in front of the brewery becomes an open stage for these and other musical events. The brewery is open every day, from Monday to Sunday, for lunch from 12.30 to 14.30 and for dinner from 20:00 to 24:00.
