Our cellars are the result of the successful symbiosis of tradition and innovation. We take care of harvesting ripe and healthy grapes and we work them in many different ways depending on grape varieties and characteristics of the land where they grow.
Coppini and Terzi families, the owners of the Estate, make use of the valuable collaboration of the famous oenologist Graziana Grassini, which has been following with passion and continuity over 30 hectares of vineyards.

We closely follow all phases of growth of our vineyards and then, in the cellar, we manage our modern equipment with a conscious professionality: essential support for a quality work, the vitrified cement vats and steel vats corroborate the work of Barrique Allier oak and Tonneau, which can be admired in our winery set up in wine and food store.
