WHAT’S THE EXPERIENCE LIKE?

1) Welcome at the estate and historical description of these lands, ancient Cenaia’s settlement and visit the 11th century church represent the first part of the tour. Inside of the church is preserved a valuable painting of an uncertain attribution. In the front of the medieval settlement there is the renaissance Italian garden with female statues and Villa Valery under restoration;

2) Visit at the wine cellar/shop and/or J63 Craft Brewery with the description of the wine process production and quality of our wines. We reserve the possibility to visit also our J63 Brewery Handcrafted with brewing process and the description of all our beers;

3) Shopping time: Our guest have the possibility to buy all our products and organize shipping for wines, beers and extra virgin olive oil directly to their home.

WHAT KIND OF LUNCH?

Wine&Pasta: lunch serves on tray and wine tasting (4 wines)
Our guests will taste: welcoming appetizer with Pitti products (Salami, Pecorino Cheese, 2 Crostini with typical Tuscan sauces, Bruschetta with extra-virgin olive oil) and one main course with handmade pasta with Cinta Ragù (it’s also available vegetarian sauce only under request). Throughout the lunch our staff organize the wine tasting with four Torre a Cenaia’s wines (1 Cenaja Vermentino – white wine, 1 Sangiovese – red wine, 1 Torre del Vajo – red wine, 1 Dolce Peccato – passito wine). The last one will be combined with Cantuccini, Tuscan biscuits with almond. Tuscan extra-virgin olive oil tasting it will be possible (depending on guest’s time availability).

Light Lunch: lunch buffet with wine tasting (4 wines) only for groups more than 10 people.
Our guests will taste: dish starter with Salami, fresh Pecorino cheese, middle-aged Pecorino cheese, 2 crostini with typical Tuscan sauces (Lard&Truffle and Crostino Toscano, Bruschetta with EVOO, our seasonally organic vegetables, small Buffalo’s mozzarella and 2 Pasta-dish with two handmade pastas with Cinta Ragù and organic vegetarian sauce. Throughout the lunch our staff organize the wine tasting with four Torre a Cenaia’s wines (1 Cenaja Vermentino – white wine, 1 Sangiovese – red wine, 1 Torre del Vajo – red wine, 1 Dolce Peccato – passito wine). Pitti Selection Tasting: lunch serves on tray and wine tasting (4 wines)
Our guests will taste: dish starter with Salami, Parma DOP prosciutto, Tuscan DOP prosciutto, fresh bacon, fresh Pecorino cheese, middle-aged Pecorino cheese, Briao Pecorino cheese made with our American Pale Ale beer, chops of Grana Padano DOP and our seasonally organic vegetables.

Only for this tour with additional cost, guests can taste our new Supertuscan wine Per Non Dormire, red wine, 14% alcohol, blending of Merlot and Syrah’s grapes

All foods product are local and organic due to our Estate philosophy.
It will be possible to book the carriage tour around the Estate to all tours.
