Osteria Agricola Toscana Pitti&Friends

Opened on 11 November 2014, St. Martin’s Day in which “each must becomes wine”, Osteria Agricola Toscana Pitti&Friends is a unique project: thanks to the many activities of our Estate, its goal is to achieve the perfect zero kilometer.
Pitti&Friends courses are created by our Chef Alessio Ciulli using our territory ingredients, that come from the cultivation and the farming of Torre a Cenaia or from bordering areas. The most part of our dishes is prepared with care and it’s the result of a meticulous research of local products to guarantee and assure you full traceability, from entrée to desserts, synonymous of taste and authenticity.

“All comes from the land” said Xenophon, and we think the same.
The largest part of what we offer on the tables of Osteria Pitti&Friends come from our land of Tuscany. From our land come also our history and our identity: from here we can start to build together a future based on humans and we can return to bet on ourselves in an increasingly globalized and competitive world.
Pitti&Friends wants to share with you the beauty and the value of this extraordinary wealth, of which we are all holders: our culture and gastronomy. The ancient flavors of genuine things can join us together in the common experience of well-being: the pleasure, as well as happiness, is only real when shared.
