Per Non DormireRed Wine, Toscana IGP
“Per Non Dormire – For Not Sleeping” is the motto of the Marquises Bartolini Salimbeni, former owners of Torre a Cenaia Estate before the Pitti Family. The legend tells that, by means of wine mixed with opium, the noble Tuscan family was able to build his fortune, doing numb business rivals during a banquet.
This wine comes from a blend of Merlot and Syrah and is aged in Allier oak barrels. It’s a tribute to the audacity and to the dreaming, memento to the “carpe diem”.
Per Non Dormire has an intense ruby red color and an enveloping scent, it has a consistent structure and a complex palate; the flavor is velvety, silky, enveloping. It is the ideal companion for important banquets, where is distinguished by prestige and elegance.
